Scott Franklin Associates provide RICS Level III (“Structural”) survey reports to our residential clients and we can project manage house extensions and the larger renovation schemes in the West Midlands. Our defect reports are used for older properties and we can support claims on recently completed dwellings with our “snagging” reports.
INDUSTRIAL
Our Landlord & Tenant witness services address issues of potential and accrued dilapidations on warehouse properties and production facilities. Scott Franklin Associates offer pre-acquisition advice on building condition and performance, specific to client requirements. We also offer reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes.
PUBLIC & HOUSING
Professional services to Local Authorities and to Housing Associations range across all three fields; projects, surveys and witness. We have significant experience in assisting with civil and criminal actions led by Trading Standards and in support of grant funded commissions for school and dwelling repairs. Our compliance surveys for fire and access requirements are used by Housing Associations.
