Scott Franklin Associates Ltd trade as Scott Franklin Associates and we were first incorporated in 2017. The founding Director, Michael Scott, brings 23 years of professional experience to the practice with his extensive service delivery across the Midlands and the UK mainland. Mike has also completed commissions in Ireland and Western Europe for his UK based financial clients.

The offices in Wolverhampton are based in the commercial heart of the city close to partnering estate managers and solicitors who act for our local clients. We also provide professional services to our regional commercial clients and public sector authorities.

In broad terms, we look to draw in our services relating to architecture, planning and construction site involvement under Projects.

Our stand alone condition reporting for clients seeking to acquire property interest or to record the state of their current property falls under Surveys. One of the more significant commercial client requirements within this service heading is the costed planned maintenance programme for their property portfolio.

Under Witness, we have brought together our established services of dilapidations, party wall and expert reporting to form a service line that recognises our duties to comply with professional protocols, statutory undertakings and court (civil and criminal) requirements as well as the more traditional advocacy of our client’s position.
